We're committed to providing the very best experiences to everyone. To do this, we've created the And Sven Happiness Guarantee. This is our way of saying we're here, ready to do everything we can to make sure you're happy. Here's how it works with each of our products:
clothing
We know that buying clothing online can be a bit difficult so we're opening up our Happiness Guarantee to make sure you're thrilled with the entire experience; everything from the fit to the finish. If you order an And Sven garment and you're not happy with the quality or fit, you can exchange or return it to us within 30 days. Our only requirement is that it must be unworn (aside from trying the product on) and still have all tags affixed. If tags are removed or the garment is worn/washed, we won't be able to accept the return unless there's a manufacturing or material defect.

We believe our Dad Bag, Capsules and Magical Packpack are the best bags on the market, regardless of price. Our happiness guarantee means that If you don't love your bags, for any reason, you can return them for a 100% refund within 30 days.
warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products with a Limited Two Year Warranty. This is our guarantee that every And Sven product sold within the United States, Canada, and Mexico is free of production and material defects. This warranty is valid for two years, beginning on the date of purchase from AndSven.com
If you believe you have a defective And Sven product that was purchased from us within the last two years, please email us using the contact form and we'll make it right.
And Sven reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim or from normal wear-and-tear.
